3. Service Provision

4. Payment Terms
Fees are due in advance unless otherwise specified. Payment instructions appear on your invoice.
5. Refund and Reimbursement Policy
5.1 Legal Services
- Requests for reimbursement must be submitted within 7 days of service agreement.
- If no substantive work has begun, we will issue full reimbursement to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
- Once substantial resources have been allocated or filings submitted, services become non-reimbursable due to professional commitments.
- Clients may request to transfer prepaid services to a future date, subject to mutual agreement and service availability.
5.2 Information Products
- Customers may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided no downloads have occurred.
- Requests received after 30 days will not be eligible.
- Approved reimbursements are processed within 7 days to the original payment method.
5.3 Goods
- Damaged or defective items may be sent back within 14 days of receipt for replacement or refund.
- Goods must be in unused condition with original packaging.
- We will cover reasonable shipping costs for approved reimbursement or cases. Processing time is up to 21 days.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid under these terms. We disclaim other liabilities to the fullest allowed by law.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved in Singaporean courts.
